Join the North Bay and Area Social Planning Council
Memberships are considered to be “votes of confidence”. They show our community partners, funders and elected officials that a critical mass of people believe in achieving social justice through coordinated, grassroots action and the social planning process.
Our activities, such as hosting community forums, convening community groups, providing publiceducation, and coordinating advocacy efforts, are low cost and the returns (a healthier policy, a service gap filled, or an empowered citizen) are outstanding!
An SPC membership provides you or your organization with the opportunity to:
~Support progressive social policies and promote social justice in North Bay and Area
~Network and connect with other agencies individuals
~Receive newsletters and information on upcoming workshops, events and presentations
~Take part in planning and community action by becoming involved in Council activities and initiatives
~Vote at the Annual General Meeting
